Where we ship

Naughty Tops currently ships from Florida, United States. International checkout is available for Canada, Mexico, Australia, and New Zealand. Available destinations and services may change based on carrier coverage, product restrictions, and legal requirements.

International shipping rates

International shipping is not free. Available USPS and DHL Express services and their live prices are displayed at checkout based on the destination, products, weight, and package information. If checkout does not display a shipping service for an address, we cannot accept an order to that destination at that time.

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Customs processing, carrier delays, weather, local delivery conditions, and other events outside our control can extend delivery time.

Duties, taxes, brokerage, and importer responsibility

Unless checkout expressly states that duties or import taxes are included or collected, the customer is the importer of record and is responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs assessments, brokerage fees, carrier disbursement fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country or carrier. These charges are separate from the product price and shipping charge paid to Naughty Tops.

We do not mark merchandise as a gift or declare a false value. Customers are responsible for confirming that the product can be lawfully imported, possessed, and used in their destination.

Address accuracy and delivery

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, phone number, and email address. Contact us immediately if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters fulfillment.

Customers are responsible for tracking the shipment, responding to the carrier or customs authority, and paying required import charges. If a package is refused, unclaimed, returned for an incorrect address, or returned because import charges were not paid, any refund that is legally due may be reduced by the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, carrier fees, customs charges, duties, taxes, and brokerage costs actually incurred by Naughty Tops.

Lost, damaged, or incorrect shipments

Contact orders@naughtytops.com promptly with your order number and photos if a shipment arrives damaged or contains the wrong item. Keep all packaging while we review the claim. Carrier investigations and international claims can take additional time.

International returns

We do not provide prepaid international return labels. Customers outside the United States must arrange and pay for authorized return shipping and all related charges. Please review our Refund Policy before ordering and before sending a return.

Mandatory consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes rights that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under applicable consumer law.
